make sure they are comfortable -our new teachers have a mentor and meet
monthly to go over just what you are talking about - it would be hard to
get this into the colleges because each school differs but I do find that
paperwork is the biggest surpriser to beginning teachers - they re stunned
to see the time it takes away from teaching and prep.
