Hi all, I just got back from taking all 74 of my fifth graders to see
the Rockwell exhibit at the High Museum in Atlanta. It was wonderful.
The museum sent me a great teacher's packet with lesson plans,
postcards, 9 X 11 prints, family guide, and more which helped me
tremendously in preparing the students. (FREE!) The individual guided
tapes the kids listened to on the tour were geared towards students and
kept their interest well. My principal did all the legwork (ordering
tickets, arranging for the charter buses,etc..) and went along and
chaperoned a group. All in all a great trip--go if you get the
chance!! Jeryl in S.C.
