Andrea -
How was your motivation to begin with? I am in my fifth year of teaching
and each day is more fun than the last - i love seeing all the creative
solutions to the problems I give. Did you initially feel like that? I
DREAD becoming burned out - so I'm asking. I guess I want to know how it
all starts so I can avoid it down the road (I have 30+ years till
retirement!)
Thanks!
Deb
