I make it liquid this way:
The night before I plan to use it, I fill a clean container half full of
pawder, then slowly top with water. Fill the container all the way up
to the top! NO stirring. Just let it sit.
In the morning, pour off the clear water that is on the top, then stir
the paint. Easy and works every time! :) Jeannie
