I hope you reported these incidences in a letter to the person
incharge of reserving school groups as well as other people
incharge. I would have hoped you had written down their names.
When an institution shows such disgrace in regards to the people
they are trying to see their institution it does us all a
disservice. I am amazed and outraged that they would treat an
educator and a group of students this way-I'm also shocked when I
read the part about the group being "college students". Just think
what they do to the normal Joe Shmoe who may enter the premises, if
this is what they do to someone who is knowledgeable about art. I
wouldn't have thought I would need special written permission to
speak to my students. I guess this institution is better left
online.

(who use to work in a museum, and knows all too well of instances
where certain guards felt the need to exercise their "ego power"
over the public.)
