This sounds like art education in darkest Africa or somewhere! Isn't the US
supposed to be have the finest plumbing in the western hemisphere!
Get activated and political! Parents should be involved in some kind of
drive...its riduculous.
You must have to work like field hands to set up a water deal like that every
day.
