year round schools

Hi, I know this has been discussed before but things always grab your
attention more when it relates directly to you! Our district is
exploring the year round school plan and I would appreciate any thoughts
from those of you who teach in a district that has already switched to a
year round calendar. pros, cons, problems encountered, how sequential
classes are arranged, any info you's like to share....thanks
