i was in my living room previewing this film to show an eighth grade class
when my teenage son came through. he stopped and watched for a minute or two
and then looked at me and said, "what one of your classes do you hate that
much?" from his point of view, the film was torture. i loved it. i told my
8th graders what my son said and showed only bits and pieces of the film.
they were grateful, they too found it boring.
