Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh, PA has wonderful educational
resources. Some of them involve posters with lessons about the art on the
back. Others are sets of slides with lessons. These involve works of art
at the Carnegie. For example, I have a large poster of Edward Hopper's
"Cape Cod" which includes information about the work and suggestions.
Perhaps you could contact some of these museums and use this as a starting
