Please, please I beg you to clean up your act. I guess
I am still touchy about the mess I inherited from the last
art teacher that taught at here. I have battled clutter, dust,
mice, spiders and cockroaches for the last 2 years because she was
such a pack rat. If you feel the need to keep all of these
supplies, please have pity for the person how will have to
clean up after you when you are gone. Use plastic storage
containers! You can buy them cheaply and they keep the dust
and beasts out of your stuff. It broke my heart to have to
throw away rotten canvas and drawing paper that had been used
as a bug restroom. The crickets and mice also had a field day
with the yarn and material. Old nasty oil pastels and crayons
were also on the list to go, all because she allowed them to get
hot. I hope you take this to heart and clean up your act.
The teacher that will come after you will thank you for being
so thirfty and thoughtful. C Fennell Calipatria High School,
