This weekend I was at the TAEA Fall Conference. I visited several small
galleries and studios on a tour Saturday night. While on the tour I talked
with a middle school art teacher about how she managed to work in her
studio and still teach and have a life. What she said made a lot of sense.
She told me she planned her studio time as if she were taking a class.
She scheduled 2 evening a week to spend in her gallery and also tried to
spend one day each weekend.
