I finally got that info. for you on the perspective lessons....
The book with the perspective test is: Teaching Drawing from Art by
All Hurwitz, Marjorie Wilson and Brent Wilson and is on p. 127
"The Long Hall" lesson was from Arts & Activities May 96 p. 20 and
was an article by Marianne Gubler.
