Dear Maddam,

I was browsing the net looking for christian art to place on my site, not for sale, but for illustrations of material.

I read your statement, and honestly I am sad. Though not at your showing art but that a non-beliver tells people about Christ in such a manner as that belivers better understand what their pastors and teachers from church didn't explain.

Let me take a second to say that as a non-beliver, the bible is only seen as a book of history and not as a living word. This is because the Holy Spirit is the true teacher, but if you have not willingly given your life to Christ then He will not force you to do something that you do not want to.

As you are fimiliar with the New Testament, please look to the book of Romans in the 10th chapter and the 9th verse where it says that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. I offer this passage to you for only you. Why, because as a teacher I know that you want to enrich your children and prepair them for a bright and hopeful future, but the wages of sin is death(Rom 6:23) and the price is eternal torment (Rev 20:15). Please do not regaurd the bible as merely a book of history but as a book of life. For in the begining was the word (John 1:1) and that word became flesh (John 1:14) but the word did not come to condem others but to save others (John 3:17).

God loves you so much, and I'm sure you hear this all the time or you get some crazy person slandering you. I am really amazed that you offered this on your site, but please know that God was not willing for you to perish, that is why he painted the best picture of all, a selfless act of love for a dying brother.

If you truely want to teach, then I hope that you will consider these passages. With the gudiance of the Holy Spirit, He will reveal to you the true pictures, and you will set hearts on fire like a history teacher did for me.

I'm praying for you, and I hope that this did not fall on deaf ears. Please write me if ever I can be of help to you, and I really do mean that, I hope that you will.

Even Nebuchadnezzar was a non-beliver at first and God used him, but he learned that all wisdom is from God when God used Daniel to touch his life. (the book of Daniel)

Sincerely yours in Christ,
Daniel Baker, Pastor (Teacher)
