I saw some information in the New York Foundation for the Arts publication,
FYI. There was some information about the project as follows:

Hollis Hendrick, former director of AIE at NYSCA was appointed executive
director of the Annenberg Arts Education Initiative. The task includes
overseeing $12 million grant from Annenberg Foundation, raise $24 million
to match the grant and writing and distributing requests for proposals,
collaborating with arts organization and schools and facilitating and
monitoring the partnership grants.
