iPAD CHALLENGE FOR TEACHERS:
What’s an Art Collector Set? Similar to PowerPoint presentations, they contain items you select in ArtsConnectEd, Flickr, YouTube, ArtBabble or any MP3 audio file published on a Web site. Sets can be published on ArtsConnectEd for other people to use and copy, and you can search for sets, filter them and catalogue your favorites.
To enter the challenge, create an original Art Collector Set relevant to a subject, theme, or lesson plan in your teaching. See the complete entry requirements at http://www.artsconnected.org/resource/126417/artsconnected-ipad-challenge-2
The challenge is open to K–12 teachers, active substitute teachers, home school educators, teaching artists, student teachers and college undergrad or post-grad education majors. All Art Collector sets must be submitted for publication by January 7, 2011 and must meet the Terms of Use.
Winners will be announced January 21, 2011 on the Announcements section of ArtsConnectEd’s homepage.
