Hi, Ruth,

I took two self-designed classes through the U of the Pacific; one for a trip to Turkey, one
for a trip to Ecuador. You submit a proposal for any amount of credit you wish to work for,
then, after the trip, you submit a unit plan for a grade. Best of all, I got to write off
large portions of the trips because they were for professional growth! (But check with your
tax preparer first.).
