This will not answer Judy's need, but for those interested in
connections between poetry and art I recommend a book I use in the
course I teach:

PICTURES AND POETRY by Janis Bunchman and Stephanie Bissell Briggs.

Published by Davis, it is available inexpensively on Amazon dot com.
Lovely illustrations, good connections, child-friendly.
