National Bd. Certification is a year long process during which one completes
a portfolio of work composed of written reflections of one's teaching and
also includes 2 videos and a photo storyboard of classroom work with students.
There is a also a test given at a designated testing center in your city. All
work is reviewed and scored by teachers trained as assessors by National
Boards.
