RE: bottle sculptures?

  check out Magritte. He painted bottles to look like people. I had my
advanced students glue fabric onto a bottle (easing it on using cut darts
when necessary), then gesso the fabric, and then paint the bottle into a
person. Did this many years ago, and they were wonderful.
