Sorry to post to the entire list...
but this petition is a hoax.

Here is the word on this from University of Colorado
(where it originated in 1995)

The only way to stop this chain letter is to stop
forwarding it.

An easy way to find out if these are for real is to
enter the return email address they have listed into
Google...and any key words from the petition.
