Larry Prescott has shared another lesson plan for
Incredible Art Department:

This lesson plan is adaptable to many grade levels.
He has used Andy Goldsworthy for inspiration. Students
collect natural items and arrange them. Then they take
digital photographs and enhance the images in
Photoshop - adjusting colors and values to make them
appear more sculptural.
