Google image search works for me.
I usually translate into photoshop jpeg and make it as large as I can without
too much distortion. I print out on photo paper. Again--far from perfect,
and probably in the shadows of copyright infringement. I make displays on the
project boards so I can fold them up and drag out as needed.
