I was taught to have water in the bucket, then add plaster a little bit at a
time, let it sink. When the added plaster no longer sinks (usually it is in
a mountian type mound) then you are ready to go. And DO NOT STIR! But I
bet all of this equals the same......Woody's Way sounds so much easier to me!
