Hi Patty,

I understand that some teachers who are most requested for recommendations
(English, math and social studies primarily) at my school have a required
form for students to fill out indicating memberships, involvements, etc.
I've been interested to find out what it contains and wiil ask tomorrow if
you are interested. It seems to me that we who are doing college
recommendations might benefit from having a "form letter" for students to
fill out to help us with the details we might want to include in our
letters....
