Seems ironic that at a time art and music programs are being pulled from
various state's districts...that in other parts of the country the idea of a
more qualified individual being valued with compensation is ideal. Perhaps
there ought to be a National Board for mandating State standards!.....

Oh...there is...Department of Education...sorry, forgot.
