We had a 4th grade teacher once who had her little darlins who liked to spit spit-wads fill an entire bucket with spit-wads during recess. Sure cured them!

  How about making the student who spits in the trash, floor,sink etc clean it instead of working on their project? Maybe keep some Clorox wipes handy. Janet ---
