What is the correct format to use when writing up a project?

I've used the headings:

       Goal
       Introduction
       Materials
       Procedure
       Criteria,

but would like to know what, if any, DBAE standards there are for this.  If
you have a write-up you think follows the prescribed format, please send it
and I will use it as a pattern.  Thanks, Vita
