Missed it but today we were working on our faux plexiglass stained glass and
one
child said he wanted to do something like Thomas Kincade for his parents as
they
really loved his work. I spouted off that what he learned in my art classes
will far
surpass any of Thomas Kincades work and that he should just do his own work
today and be the best artist he can be. American Artist featured him in
Oct. or November - makes me want to urp! And then this man has the gall to
add bible
verses to his work that he claims were his inspiration for his painting to
make them sell even better!! He finds a hook and really grabs the public!!!
