hehe......you will not be able to have the students write the rubrics first
off, but, after giving them the lesson, ask them what they think they should
be learning. What they think an A should be, a B, etc. This will give an
insight as to if they have understood the objectives you have given for the
lesson. Incorporate their thoughts into the rubric. You will be surprised,
I find students are much tougher on themselves than you will be.
