Subject: healing arts for america?

I hope someone out there has the answer...a couple of weeks ago, someone
mentioned and posted a site for a flag project - it was fantastic! Had the
required dimensions, ,suggestions for materials and had something to do wiht
the U.S. Army...the project was meant to be done over time, finished in time
for flag day. I'm so upset because I was sure I'd bookmarked the site - now
I can't find it. I thought it had the phrase Healing Arts for America as
part of it.
