I think giving everyone time to talk and process what happened is helpful.
Just go with the flow, if kids want to work quietly, let them. If they want
to talk, give them a forum for that. A lot of times, teachers are afraid to
give them that time. I think the art room allows things for an openness not
found in other areas of school.

This is a tough one; give yourself some time too.
