Helmut Brammerts is our guest speaker. Helmut is the director of the
Tandem exchange program, and will speak about issues in student
exchange programs.

Tandem is more than just a list of possible exchange partners. It is a
pedagogical concept based on the principles of autonomy and
reciprocity, with a specific protocol for facilitating exchanges with
partners, whether over the internet, by telephone or face-to-face.
