Hi all, I am relatively new to this site. But have been searching through
old posts for days now...and it has been great.
O, here's my question...for the past 4 years myself and the other
specialists in my buildings have gotten together and have planned a
"Cultural Day" We make sure we pick countries or cultures that are not
really covered by the other classroom teachers...(By the way we are K-6)
schools in Ohio. I am having difficulty coming up with projects that
relate to the Caribbean Islands...
Usually we work a month on lessons in our idividual classes and have a 1
dya event with stations, herding through 14 classes...quite exhausting but
so fun and different!
So...anyone have any great ideas? I am coming up empty handed on the net
and in the books I have and the library...
