good shoes are a must, but those of you with with problems might want to try
some of the yoga poses. your back flexibility will dramatically improve and
the tension that builds up from just standing will melt away! i catch a show
on the oxygen network called inhale, with yoga master steve ross. very good
yoga, upbeat, but don't try it unless you are in superb shape as he will
wear you out!! i also have used videos by rodney yee, who offers beginning
level poses.
