Speaking of back problems,

Yes, back problems and general muscles problems can be a real (royal)
pain, especially as back problems are most likely causing the pains in your
legs. The problems can be caused by stress, fatigue, injury, barometric
pressure,...so many things, which usually result in a spasming of the
muscles. To get immediate (I'm talking a 1/2 hour for small, recent
problems and perhaps two days for deeper problems) and long-term relief,
those muscles need to be 'released', un-spasmed if you will.

Once again, I highly recommend "Pain Erasure: The Trigger Point Method" by
Bonnie Prudden of NYC. If you can't find it locally, see if you get it by
ILL from the Akron-Summit County Public Library (I know they have a copy, as
its the one we've used) through your local library.
