I remember using a reference book by (seems like a strange name for an =
author) Abraham Lincoln for calligraphy. Had some good step by step =
exercises. I started by having the kids use the side of a 2 or 3 inch =
piece of chalk to get the idea of thick and thin lines created by =
holding the "pen" at the same angle. I LOVE calligraphy myself. Very =
relaxing....
