I am so glad that people are talking about this. In Minneapolis the Fine Arts
Department is really pushing VTS because of the "research" that students
using VTS have much higher math and reading scores than students in a
traditional elementary art program. Is anyone aware of the actual written
component of this research? When I have asked I haven't gotten straight
answers. Also I agress that the trainers are a little strange. The presenters
here have this very dogmatic approach to things and seem to convey that the
developer of this is soooooo wonderful and incredible. It's a little hard to
