Let's see. Styrofoam....
We made a 6 foot tall robot from pieces of styrofoam. We used wire coat
hangers (straightened) to skewer pieces for the arms. The body parts were
stacked by using long bamboo skewers and tacky glue. It sits ona 4X4 platform
of styrofoam. We painted it with tempera.
