Sorry I have no recommendations for you on art colonies...I'm also looking,
but I can highly recommend the south, especially small towns. If you like
slow-pace living, light traffic, friendly people and open spaces, you'll
love it. I would recommend locating within driving distance of a larger
city depending on your preference of shopping and entertainment selections.
