Skiart (Skiart)

I am driven. I'm at my school 10 hours a day. I get up at 4:00 AM. I love art,
I love teaching! I take computer and art courses for my enjoyment and to stay
current. My hobby is researching to continuously add new projects to my
repetoire of art projects, tailored to each class that I teach. I had a ball
at the NAEA convention in Chicago, 4 days of 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM art workshops
and interactions. My office is in my car, I have pop can boxes labeled and
stacked, containing what I need to introduce a project.
I snow ski, play competitive tennis and rollerblade.
I am presently an art teacher at 3 schools, I have 600 students, I teach K-8.
I am experienced with the multicultural backgrounds of kids and kids who have
ADD. In the past, I have subbed for 10 art teachers at a high school. (I have
K-14 certification)
I would like to develop contacts. I am looking for a new job in 1 or 2
schools. I'd be so grateful if you fellow art teachers could alert me of
upcoming openings that you are aware of. If you are leaving your position, I
would take good care of your students, carry on what you have begun with them.
