Questions about introducing artists' work

1. I have used questionaries for the analysis of Kandinsky's paintings in my
lesson (students aged 11 years old), the result is acceptable. However, I
wonder, for younger students, what method should be used when artists' work is
being introduced?

2. In Hong Kong, for primary school children (aged 6 to 12), the students are
lack of chances to visit art exhibitions and artists' work. Due to social and
educational facts. As a result, when artists' work is introduced in class,
students react negatively or even no response. What should teachers do, besides
providing more chances for students to get reach of artwork, since time and
facilities are not enough?
