inquiry on teaching materials of aesthetic theories

I'm a secondary school(middle school in your sense) art teacher in Hong
Kong as well as a part-time student in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Currently, I'm planning to produce some cartoons for introducing some
aesthetic theories to my students. Introducing these theories to students
is still green in Hong Kong because we don't have such materials in our
curriculum. I've already travel through the EdNet. And I would like to seek
for more teaching materials, documents or information of any kind in this
field, e.g., imitation theory, formalism, institution theory, etc. I've
heard that there are some "puzzle cases" to teaching the aesthetics. It
would be grateful if anyone using this discussion group could provide some
hints for me. Thanks a lot!
