Cool idea! In some fashion, be sure to specifically identify the standards met.
It'd also be cool to offer workshops for teachers (weekend? Summer?) to explore your facility as well as to create their own lessons utilizing the museum art, aligned with the standards .
Also offer continuing ed credits for this.

I am a retired art teacher in florida and I work now as a museum educator at an art museum. I am proposing that we re-vamp our elementary grade level tours to align with state/national standards to make our tours more valuable to classroom teachers and parents. Any thoughts on the subject?
