For the past three years I have worked with one of the 8th grade teachers on a mural in the courtyard (a wall a year!!) Kids created personal symbols and painted on tiles to include. We have been using Mayco Stroke and Coat. They go on well. One coat for a watercolor effect, 3 coats for opaque. They are bright, good variety of colors, fire evenly and get nice reds. Also, you don't need a clear glaze because they are glossy. Do make sure you seal the grout when finished! Good luck and share pictures!
