The Power of Now
This book can TRULY help you quiet the constant chatter of your mind.
It's not just a self-help book. The words themselves truly put you in
the Now, or the eternal present. Worry or "chatter" that our brains do
incessantly is the source of anxiety, stress, depression. I am going to
reread this book this summer. It's fantastic. It stayed with me in a
very strong way all year. Each time I read it I get something else out
of it. This is a very practical book.
