A concertina fold book would be very easy. The students draw on 8 1/2"
x 11" pieces of paper, one piece per child. The paper needs to be
horizontal and will be folded in half. The students will draw on the
inside of the folded paper, not the outside. They could be given a
theme, or create a diamante poem about the teacher, or draw their
portraits on one half and a note on the other. Once the pages are
collected, they are glued together. For everyone who only gets plain
text e-mails, the pages are glued: V up glued to V down, glued to V up,
glued to V down, etc. The book can have an unlimited amount of pages.
