I agree with Randy....

These are high school students. Find out what they know before you
begin. Start with some questioning.

Include radial balance as well as formal/symmetrical balance and
informal/asymmetrical balance.

You might have a packet of colored contructional paper shapes for each
table and some paper. Have the students demonstrate each kind of
balance using the cut outs.

If you print out images for students to use - follow copyright
guidelines. Document sources of images. You might want to select
images in public domain.

Do you know what technology is available? A PowerPoint might be nice.
