Woody,

     You probably need to put the extension on the file before you send it.
I don't know what they netscape file extension would be, but that is probably
it. For example, the extension on a word document is .doc. Have you tried
opening the file in outlook or even excel? That might also help. Just
remember to put the extension as part of the file name, save it that way, then send
it.
