end of the year project

I need some ideas on an end of the year project that I want to do with my
5th graders. I was thinking of a PTA night where parents and students come
to the school and create a memorable piece of artwork to remind them of
their elementary years. Something that parents and students can work
together. Any ideas would be welcomed.
