video review-Linnea in Monet's Garden

I was hesitant to post my review about this video since I know so many people
like it but decided to do so anyway. I bought this video last year and showed
it to 1st and 2nd graders. They were so bored with it and I didn't like it
either. I passed it along to 2 other art teachers in my system and they both
said it was so slow and boring for the kids. I wish I could have previewed it
first before wasting the $$ on it.

  I really like the ones by Mike Venezia and so do the kids. I have the Van
Gogh and Monet ones and they love it because it is funny. I also make a
point of showing them some visuals of their paintings and they get so
excited when they see it in the video.
